Childbirth and Comfort Measures Class $200

This comprehensive 3-hour in-home class is designed to prepare you for labor and delivery with knowledge, practical skills, and confidence. We’ll explore the stages of labor, what you can expect during each phase, and the common medical interventions that may be offered along the way.

You’ll also learn and practice effective breathing techniques and hands-on comfort measures to help manage pain and support labor progression. Both the mother and their support person are encouraged to participate, so you can work together as a team during labor.

The goal of this class is to equip parents with evidence-based information and practical tools so you can make informed decisions and feel prepared to navigate childbirth with confidence.

This in-home class is a wonderful option for families who prefer not to have a birth doula present at their birth but still want practical tools to confidently manage labor. In this personalized 1.5-hour session, you’ll learn effective breathing techniques, helpful labor positions, and hands-on comfort measures to support pain management and encourage labor progression.

Designed for both the mom-to-be and their support person, this class equips you with the skills and confidence to navigate labor as a team.
