Strength-based support for your birth

Personalized birth doula care in Youngstown, OH

My Mission

As a birth doula serving Youngstown, OH and the surrounding areas, my mission is to provide compassionate physical and emotional support to expectant mothers. I am dedicated to helping families achieve a positive birth experience that aligns with their values, preferences, and unique vision for their birth.

About Me

I am an AWWS-certified birth doula, a mom of four, and proud to call the Youngstown, OH area home. As a stay-at-home mom and an American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter, communication, connection, and advocacy are at the heart of everything I do.

After the birth of our first daughter, I knew I wanted to help other women experience just how empowering labor and delivery can be. Birth is transformative, and I am passionate about walking alongside moms-to-be as they navigate pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with confidence and support.

I love educating, encouraging, and providing hands-on support to families as they prepare for their unique birth experience. Whether you’re hoping for an unmedicated birth, planning an in-hospital birth with medical interventions available, considering a home birth, creating a birth plan, or simply looking for comfort measures and practical tools, I would be honored to support you and your strength throughout this journey.
